Accept your funds and then block you from transacting any further until you provide ridiculous levels of KYC. They sent threatening emails to stop me from going after them and my money, but I refused, and I am glad I did not regret going after them and my money.

I got bitcoin that came in this past Tuesday morning. I tried to get into my account and couldn't; it ended up getting locked down, so I can't get in it now.
I have filled out a report on it like it says, giving them my invoice showing where I had the bitcoin deposit. I've also given them the email showing where they sent an email stating my bitcoin was in my crypto wallet with Coinme. My account is still locked, and they claim they are still working on it, but it's been 5 days since I got the bitcoin in, and nothing has changed at all. They haven't asked for any type of extra information or even said why it's taking so long.
I want my damn money. Someone help me.

If youre going to use this company make sure you to make an account before you go and wastes your money buying crypto voucher you cant redeem and hope you dont have to contact support because thats an absolute nightmare
I bought crypto from their Coinstar machine, and it prints a ticket to redeem on their site, but they don't tell you that you need to verify your identity first. I didn't have an ID at the time, and they locked my account.
Now I have been trying to get them to unlock my account for 3 years, and no one will respond to me. If they do, they say they will get back to me in 24-48 hours, and then I never hear another word from them and have to restart the process.
Imagine doing this about 20-30 different times in 3 years. It's ridiculous; I want my money TODAY.

The only way to get CoinMe support is with info provided by their AI chatbot. And if the category is not listed there is no way to ask the chatbot for additional assistance or to get to a human technician.
My problem is I am receiving an error when attempting to reset my password.
I have not been able to access the site for going on 2 weeks now.
The temporary password they provided did not work and I need real help. This is a bug.

Was real easy to purchase bitcoin on the store or the coin stars kiosk of Luckys grocery store but if theyre married your sister name was CoinMe its just a friggin joke!
