Wrongly terminated
- - The account was locked after the second bitcoin purchase and terminated.

I only used it twice after my second bitcoin purchase my account was locked. The following day I got an email saying that I have been terminated.
Now Im having to jump through hoops to get my money refunded. Shortly after I was terminated I checked the reviews on trust pilot. Had I known they have a 2.3 rating I would have never even considered using them. The reviews are almost identical to mine locked out after a purchase next day terminated.
My advice DONT EVEN CONSIDER USING THEIR EXCHANGE. Im an honest and law abiding citizen and there was 0 reasons to terminate me. The reputation they have is sending refund checks that not only bounce once but twice causing people to have issues with their bank. So now I must wait until they decide to refund my 1,000$ .
After reading the reviews I would suggest to anyone looking into a crypto exchange to carefully check the reviews.
Had I thought it through I would have done that and I didnt. Now I have the stress and the worry of I will even get my money back

Sent multiple tickets still no reimbursement. Have a thread of over 130 emails that went back and forth submitting multiple documents as requested only 5o be ignored after they approved everything and promised to mail the check.
It never came no fed ex as promised and no follow up even after multiple inquiries. All they do is ask for new tickets and send you in circles

I got bitcoin that came in this past Tuesday morning. I tried to get into my account and couldn't; it ended up getting locked down, so I can't get in it now.
I have filled out a report on it like it says, giving them my invoice showing where I had the bitcoin deposit. I've also given them the email showing where they sent an email stating my bitcoin was in my crypto wallet with Coinme. My account is still locked, and they claim they are still working on it, but it's been 5 days since I got the bitcoin in, and nothing has changed at all. They haven't asked for any type of extra information or even said why it's taking so long.
I want my damn money. Someone help me.

If youre going to use this company make sure you to make an account before you go and wastes your money buying crypto voucher you cant redeem and hope you dont have to contact support because thats an absolute nightmare
I bought crypto from their Coinstar machine, and it prints a ticket to redeem on their site, but they don't tell you that you need to verify your identity first. I didn't have an ID at the time, and they locked my account.
Now I have been trying to get them to unlock my account for 3 years, and no one will respond to me. If they do, they say they will get back to me in 24-48 hours, and then I never hear another word from them and have to restart the process.
Imagine doing this about 20-30 different times in 3 years. It's ridiculous; I want my money TODAY.

- - I can't reset my password; temporary password didn't work, please call (336) 829-****.
The only way to get CoinMe support is with info provided by their AI chatbot. And if the category is not listed there is no way to ask the chatbot for additional assistance or to get to a human technician.
My problem is I am receiving an error when attempting to reset my password.
I have not been able to access the site for going on 2 weeks now.
The temporary password they provided did not work and I need real help. This is a bug.
