I have tried to contact COINME customer service & have had a terrible time trying to reach a live agent! COINME is a joke!!!
They make it EXTREMELY hard to get any help. NEVER recommend this company ever!!!
I tried to buy Bitcoin thru Coin Star ATM. My phone number and account are blocked I don't know why.
Also I can not reset my password because it says " forgot password is not a allowed for this client". Why am I blocked??? Chat only locks you down further because once you choose a reason, a ticket is made even if you discover it does not apply to your situation. I received an email with a link to reset my password.
I have tried about 5 times now and it is not giving me access to anything. Customer service is terrible. No one has called to speak with me.
Please help if you can.

Submitted another ticket to Coinme. Waiting again for them.
I plan on getting my attorney to get my money from them they have no reason to keep it after I submitted documents they asked for. How many others have had the same problem!!!
