The only way to get CoinMe support is with info provided by their AI chatbot. And if the category is not listed there is no way to ask the chatbot for additional assistance or to get to a human technician.
My problem is I am receiving an error when attempting to reset my password.

I have not been able to access the site for going on 2 weeks now.

The temporary password they provided did not work and I need real help. This is a bug.
Please have someone call me at (336) 829-****.

You cant TALK with anyone via phone call. All chat not and emails.
They explained that I must fill

Terrible customer service

I purchased Bitcoin through a Coinstar kiosk and went to log into my Coinme account to send to wallet. My password had always worked before but suddenly did not allow access.

I used Forgot Password to use the password reset process. However I received an error message upon resetting new password. I tried this process multiple times and it did not work. I put in a ticket and received a temporary password.

The temporary password did not work. Counme considered the matter closed and I was prevented from placing a new ticket. So I created a general support ticket.

I have yet to receive a response after 4 days.
What do I have to do to get support to regain access to my account? Im very frustrated.

I have been trying to get into my coinme account and it does not recognize my password. When I attempt to log in it says I need to reset password but then I try to go to reset password and I cannot even get to my account to do a reset.

I would appreciate it if somebody could contact me preferably by phone so that I can find out why I am being blocked from using coin me
After trying to reach out to coin me through this website coinme contacted me and informed me that my account had been closed. They gave me no reason other than it was their prerogative to close the account. I explained to them I was not trying to give them a hard a bad reputation but just to be able to use my account. I tried five times to address the issue and find out what I had done wrong and if I could reinstate my account they told me no and they would not give me a reason.

I assume the reason was is because I I had gone through this website. At this point, my recommendations to anybody that uses coin me be very careful. They charge a lot for their fees. And they apparently hold no loyalty to customers.

If I ever do need to use their services again I will have somebody else do it. But I will do my best to find any other alternative then calling me
