Was real easy to purchase bitcoin on the store or the coin stars kiosk of Luckys grocery store but if theyre married your sister name was CoinMe its just a friggin joke! There is nobody to answer customer service call theres no life person ever now Im just trying to get my password reset so I can get into my wallet to show me my purchase and it just keeps saying error and resetting your password or at this time we cant reset your password.

I go follow the link. They send me this and that it is the most frustrating stupid. Im never gonna get my money back all these people ever With this CoinMe app. Im just over it.

Your complaint you are how does it take to review of complaints? I just wanna redo my passwords I get my wallet and I can sell this bitcoin but your store kiosk and never try it again to make a Lucky department of Safeway. Walmart any coin store machine and then they say were not with Star or CoinMe its basically F me and nobody gets nothing your problem with that and get a hold of me till then .

When I put my money into machine I was unfamiliar with how it worked and did not have my digital wallet set up but once I discovered that my balance was zero although my ticket which I photographed for them and sent 4 different times with everything that's on the ticket I have, they refuse to return my money or Bitcoin telling me that they can't find that particular ID number and my photos were not clear enough. However I did record on paper ever thing printed on the receipt and the roll of printing paper was showing pink as it was almost out and the ink was not well maintained either but that's no fault of mine.

They have the exact time, place, machine id and it's location and the exact amount of deposit. Now how could there be anyone else that could have been on that machine in that location at that exact time but me that also has the receipt. I've come to conclusion it's a criminal enterprise as they have only asked me same questions four different times with our resolving my money issue. How many times do I have to tell them exact same thing and identify my ticket?

It's like they think I'm going to contradict myself but no I've wrote all this down and it's been almost two years. They are theives with no accountability.

I have been trying to get into my coinme account and it does not recognize my password. When I attempt to log in it says I need to reset password but then I try to go to reset password and I cannot even get to my account to do a reset.

I would appreciate it if somebody could contact me preferably by phone so that I can find out why I am being blocked from using coin me

After trying to reach out to coin me through this website coinme contacted me and informed me that my account had been closed. They gave me no reason other than it was their prerogative to close the account. I explained to them I was not trying to give them a hard a bad reputation but just to be able to use my account. I tried five times to address the issue and find out what I had done wrong and if I could reinstate my account they told me no and they would not give me a reason.

I assume the reason was is because I I had gone through this website. At this point, my recommendations to anybody that uses coin me be very careful. They charge a lot for their fees. And they apparently hold no loyalty to customers.

If I ever do need to use their services again I will have somebody else do it. But I will do my best to find any other alternative then calling me
